It had no meaning whatsoever. Seeing your name reminded me of the nicknames thread and on a whim I "quacked". I just ate a large piece of chocolate cake with very fudgy frosting and a big cup of coffee. Possibly all the sugar and caffeine made …

I should note that the PBML&P sandwiches are good only when I have a craving. They are definitely not an every-day kind of food. I wonder what Pringles or Lays would add to the experience... Quack quack.

I'm originally from Nebraska, and that's where I first experimented with chips in my PB&J sandwiches... Is NE closer to the west coast than Michigan? x;-)

Oh MAN - that reminded me of another favorite from back in the days when I could eat without thinking about what the food will do to me... Dipping Wendy's fries in a Frosty. =P~

Another good one that until recently I thought was unique to MY family: peanut butter, mayo, lettuce and pickle sandwiches. GREAT mix of sweet and sour flavors. My husband just about tossed his cookies when I suggested that one. My children, howev…

The potato chips add a nice crunch and just a bit of salty taste. My childhood favorite: peanut butter, jelly and Pringles in a sandwich.

Cleaning the George: I set mine on the edge of the sink, get a sponge wet with superhot water and wipe off all the goo. The goo and the water run right in to the sink. I clean the lid first, the goo runs down to the bottom surface, then to the s…

We've also called leftover soup "cream of yesterday". Take what's left from yesterday's entree and side dishes, add cream, and there you have it. Probably not nearly as good as January soup, though. x:D

Thank you so much! I really appreciate everyone's efforts to make this happen!

Oops - I've been warned off the preschool food. Apparently we are all tired of it and want something different. I'll have to try the tater tot thing on my kids this weekend instead. x:9

Sounds like "preschool food", as we call it. I plan to bring this to our monthly Directors' Meeting/Potluck this Friday and will let you know what the "experts" say. Tater tots, pigs-in-a-blanket and fishy crackers are staples in our diets.

I never worry about Ritaanz. She's in control. Hey, nobody placed any bets with me, about Frank's 1,000th post. Does that mean I win?

There are lots of things I don't understand. Maybe I will contract with the OR DOT to take care of this problem for me.

Don't even need the shampoo bottle. I just need some old CD's and a long drive home. The drivers of neighboring cars also prefer that my window-roller-upper works.

"Ok here is the latest: I just received an e mail from the "Rescue" place and I was told that it looks like a home was found for Duke."

OK, now that the dog has a new home, back to our selfish wants/needs for Christmas! (I really am glad for ol' Rover, though. How hard would it have been for them to at least drop him off at the local shelter, instead of possibly letting him free…

Some might even call me Pollyanna. It's nice to hear nice things from nice people. x:D

Awwww, look how nice you are! Maybe I should hang out on the Forum more often... x;-)

I am not dressing up, but usually do not. I wore black in honor of the holiday, though. Wait a minute, I usually wear black, so no big stretch. I forgot to put on the orange halloween themed socks though. Instead am wearing black flip flops. (C…

I like turtles.

Joannie, Paul is just saying that to see if I'm watching. I'm still his favorite. And you are still my favorite.

Nae, that's my automatic response whenever somebody brings up the weather. It is almost always warm, hot, or on freaking fire. x:D Hope everyone gets as much rain as they want, but no more than they can stand.

It is warm and sunny in Tempe. xB-)

Joannie, somebody needs to tell MLS that even 'naught posts need to be included, especially when the sole purpose of a thread is to have a high number of posts about nothing. Hey Paul, you can come work for me any time. Today, my assistant and …

It took us a week and a day to get to 18 posts? Holy shmoly. I am disappointed in you guys. I may need to start participating on a regular basis again.

It is warm and sunny in the Phoenix area. Highs are in the 80's to low 90's, I believe. xB-)

Thank you! I had no idea it was Boss's Day until I was standing in line at the dollar store and someone else in line said something about it. You can bet your booty I stopped by the grocery store and bought some flowers on the way in to the offi…

Hey NeedCoffee! Is it getting cold yet? x;-) I paid $2.96 this morning. First time under $3 for me. Woohoo!

I figured if I let it fade enough, it would eventually turn pink anyway.

The Yugo was (oxidized) red, Ray. Pink stripes would clash.
