Compensating employees who have reached their base salary

We are interested in what other organizations do once their employees have reached their base salary and we cannot raise the salary any higher but want to retain good employees. We have thought of doing bonuses (how do you determine how much) also we have thought of giving extra PLT. But would like to hear from others who are having this same issue and what you are entertaining doing for your staff.

Hi,
When you say they "reached their base salary" do you mean they've reached the top of their salary range? If that's the case, has it been very long since the salary range was established?
