Does anyone know a good place to go for information regarding how the laws for your company change when you go from a small company (99 employees or less) to a medium size company (100+ employees)? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

The few that come to mind are WARN and the federal reporting obligations under the EEO-1 Form. Take a look at http://www.business.gov/topic/Human_Resources for more information on federal laws and employee threshold numbers.
