EEO-1 Workforce Survey

Hi--I am curious to know what other companies are doing about the new EEO-1 requirement. Are you resurveying the workforce this year? If so, are you asking employees to fill out some type of form?

we are resurveying our workforce even though we aren't required. we updated the self identification form we use with the new categories.

I just read something else on this that suggested there was no requirement to resurvey even in 2008, but the EEOC strongly encourages resurveying! No wonder I'm confused.

We will be sending out a survey to all of the workforce. Can someone possibly email me the form that they will be using. We currently do not have one available. Please let me know and I will provide you my contact information.
