I was wondering what others have for PTO annual maximum accruals. We have 2x annual accrual now. We lare looking at decreasing it to 1x or 1 1/2 x their annual accrual.
We do not have PTO - we still separate Vac., sick, etc.. We do allow 30 days of sick leave to be carried over year to year. We do not allow any vacation to be carried over. It must be used during the calendar year or it is lost.
Our PTO is based on time of service. You get a maximum amount which carries over forever. Once you reach the maximum you do not accrue any more until you use some of it.
Up to 5th anniversay accrues 120 a year with a maximum of 480 hours 5th to 20th anniversary accrues 160 a year with a maximum of 640 hours Over 20 accrues 200 a year with a maximum of 800 hours
