How many of you still use paper leave forms and how many track leave only in your electronic system? Do I need an actual form that the employee signs that requests the leave and states that the leave given is correct? If you do that in an electronic system, how does it work?
If you use only electronic, do your supervisors track FMLA? If so, how does that work for you?
I would really like the electronic only method, but I don't want to overlook any requirements or legal proctections. Thanks.

Thank you. We will have to see how this will work for us. I guess I am reluctant to completely do away with paper forms because it is so easy to see who applied for leave and when it was approved.
