Family Leave

An employee is on Intermittent Family Leave for the care of a parent we have a medical certification stating that she is the primary care giver. The certification covers up to May 28, 2011. Since the parent has moved out of the employees house and into a assisted living complex inform her that since she , can we require a new medical certification? This employee has used an over 350 hrs to take her parent to doctor's appts, etc.
