Did you send out any kind of notice to your employees regarding the Social Security tax change in 2011, or are you just letting them find out on their own?

I've been asked about it by a couple of people who have already heard about it on their own, but I'm not planning on sending out anything.

I sent out a notice to all our stores and asked the managers to post it for their employees.
