What are the deadlines for submitting for reimbursement under section 125? We currently cut off on February 28 for the previous year, however in other companies we have made the cut off March 31st.

IRS rules allow a maximum runout period of 90 days. You can make it shorter though. We currently allow 60 days.

We're at 90 days. I wouldn't mind making it 60, but our group health carrier does such a lousy job of providing EOBs, it makes shortening the run-out impractical.
