This isn't exactly a forum issue, but I couldn't figure out how to bring my problem up at the regular website.

I am signed up for the weekly ezine but have not received it for months. I have tried signing up again a couple of times, but it says I am already receiving it. I miss it, but I have so much to read already that I wasn't really worrying about it.

This week I tried to get the white paper on HCR. I went through the steps, but it never arrived in my email box. I have checked my junk mail list and HRHero is not on it. What gives?

I've had that problem since Day One, Nae. It's just one of those things they haven't been able to solve, so I download and save 'manually'.

Unfortunately in the age of many great unsolicited "offers" we all receive daily via email (mortgage rates, cheap Viagra, products that promise to "make me a better husband") spam filters and firewalls are the most common culprits in not receiving email. Someone in our I.T. staff will contact both of you today and attempt to troubleshoot the problem. Sorry about the trouble.

NaeNae,

Since you've already entered you email address once for the Whitepapers do the following to get them.

1. Go to [url]http://www.hrhero.com/whitepapers/[/url]

2. Click on the link that reads "Already an HRhero customer? Download here with just your e-mail address." It's immediately above the box to enter your name, email address etc.... That will take you to the download page.

3. Enter the email address you registered with and it should download.

Let us know if you have any more trouble.
