A new Forum category!

You may have noticed a couple of changes to the Forum lineup.
First, the Har-de-har-har category has been retired and all of its threads moved to Around the Water Cooler. This change opened up space for a new category called Social Media and Technology for HR.
The new category is a meeting place to discuss how social media impacts the workplace and how technology is changing the way we all do business. To get the ball rolling, we’ve moved existing social media and/or technology related threads to the new category. It provides a focal point for very topical issues that we believe will be of interest to all Forumites so take a few moments to review the new category and add your comments.
