Education Policy

Good afternoon!
Does anyone have an education policy in their employee handbook they'd like to share. We are having some issues where managers are allowing their employees to schedule their college courses during their work hours. We only have a Education Policy that states our tuition reimbursement. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since it really has never become a problem for us, we haven't seen the need to address it in the policy, but if we did add it, we'd probably treat it much like our Outside Employment policy, which states that "no employee is to have an outside interest which will materially encroach on the time or attention which should be devoted to the employee's corporate duties."
