Who is responsible to actually track the time taken for FMLA? Is it the supervisor's responsibility? Is it HR's responsibility? Will the weekly payroll time sheet work? Does the employee need to sign the document agreeing the calculations are correct? Thanks for your assistance.

Employees do not sign off on the time.
We make note on time sheet (which I think some are opposed to for confidentiality issues) and our Tech keeps a spread sheet.
Works for us. I prefer the centralizaton and control over relying on supervisors.

Like Sonny, we do not have the employee sign off on the hours tracked.
And that's all I will say about that.
