I received an e-mail for a seminar titled "Inside Out Coaching" that looks intriguing. Has anyone here ever heard of this method?

I've never heard of it, but I looked them up. "What if every coaching conversation in your organization resulted in an immediate upsurge in job performance?" "Learn coaching skills while you golf?"

Has anybody checked this on Snopes.com?

They have a website and Ive looked at it but I wanted to hear from someone who may have plunked down the cash to actually go to one of their seminars.

I dont know what website Nevada HR is looking at but I see no mention of golf. Although a round of golf is a great way to learn about someone's personality and integrity.

But we digress...

Maybe I will sign up for this seminar in the name of science and report back my findings.

I don't mean to question Nae's integrity - that's going on elsewhere in the forum, now that she's come out as a pervert. But the last time I golfed with her, she got a hole-in-one and wrote a zero down on her scorecard.

Learn coaching while golfing? That sounds horrible. When I golf I dont want to learn anything. I want to just hit the ball and ridicule my buddies.

Why do you want to hit the ball and chase after it? You had it in your hand when you placed it on the tee.
