Emails and logging in

I haven't received any email forum notifcations since the 26th did you stop sending them?
How do I get the system to remember me?

If I am being graded on my computer skills I know I get an "F", so please be patient with me as I try to learn this new and improved system.

When I attempt to return to the main menu by clicking on the Employers Forum link at the very top (Home > HR Advice > Employers Forum) it will log me out. Anyone else having this issue?
I am enjoying playing with the new system. It is very interesting to see all the improvements.

I think I am having the same issue K. Although this morning I think the forum remembered me for the first time. Or I just logged in and was half asleep and cant remember that. One of those two.

Sometimes even when I choose the main "Employers Forum" link from the menu (not the sub-menu) it will log me off as well. I am sure the guy(s) are working hard to fix any glitches that have arisen.

The 26th of Feb. was the last forum I rec'd thru e-mail as well. I'm sure the IT guys/gals are working on it and will fix it soon.

Ok I finally figured out how to get the forum to remember me. When I quit I just don't log out, however I do wonder if this shows me as being on the forum 24/7?

I still am not getting emails does anyone know how to fix that or if HRHERO

If you go to User CP there should be an area you can mark to receive e-mail.

I contacted customer service, who put me in contact with the IT dept. Here are the instructions I received:

With the updated forum, you will need to log in and select which forums you want to receive notification e-mails from. When you log in, select a forum you are interested in, such as "HR & Employment Law". Then on the right side of the title bar (the blue bar that says 'Threads in Forum'), click on 'Forum Tools', and then 'Subscribe to this Forum' from the drop-down menu. You will see another drop-down menu in the center of the page which will allow you to select to receive an e-mail either daily or weekly. You will need to do this process for each forum you want to receive updates about.
