Technical upgrade to Forum

I want to let you know that we made a behind-the-scenes upgrade to the Forum that should reduce some of the slow-downs we experience every once in a while. It's boring and you probably won't notice, but we installed an additional T-1 line, which is the string that connects our Dixie cup to the Internet.
This will help when we have a high volume of Internet and e-mail traffic. There are a dozen other potential bottlenecks between our server and your computer, but this eliminates one of them. xI-)
