Tomato Chicken Parmesan

Move over Emeril! nohr4u1yr is moving to the top with this recipe!! x:D
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 7 ounces seasoned bread crumbs
* 6 skinless, boneless check breasts
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or olive oil)
* 12 ounces pasta sauce
* 6 slices monterary jack cheese
* your favorite pasta
preheat oven to 375
Pour beaten eggs into a shallow dish. In another dish, mix together grated parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Dip chicken into beaten egg, then into bread crumbs
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add coated chicken and saute 8 minute on each side (or until juices run clear).
Pour tomato sauce into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish. (I add mushrooms, green peppers and onions to sauce) Add chicken, then place a slice of monteray jack cheese over each breast, and baked for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Place chicken on top of pasta and add sauce.
