1-2-3 Bakin' Powder Biscuits

1 t. salt (or less)
2 c. flour
3 t. baking powder
(mix in a medium bowl.)
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. milk

Make a well in the dry ingredients, pour in liquid. Mix with a fork until a ball starts to form. Grab it and "clean" the bowl with it.

Pat out ball on waxed paper to desired thickness. Cut with a biscuit cutter or a drinking glass rim dipped in flour.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

My family serves with butter, honey, jam, etc. Great for breakfast or dinner.
