Watermelon/Vodka Cooler

Here is another great watermelon/vodka recipe. It is a bit more work than Don D.'s, but you don't have to spit out the seeds!
3 lbs. watermelon flesh
1/2 c. vodka
1/4 c. triple sec
3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Puree the watermelon in a blender or food processor. Strain through a fine sieve into a pitcher. Stir in Vodka, Triple Sec and lime juice. Serve over ice. This is great for sipping on a hot day. This recipe makes six servings, but if you have more than a couple of people I suggest doubling.
