Stem and seed the peppers, parboil just until no longer cripsy. Mix onion, hamburg, rice and seasonings, fill peppers, top mixture with tomato paste and bake in a 375 degree oven about 45 minutes to an hour.

You should also try adding 2+ tbsp. of Worchestershire sauce and lots of ketchup! That's the secret ingredient. Also mix in shredded Cheddar Cheese - yummy!
