  I hope the ones who are in his path have evacuated by now. What a horrible thing to happen to such a beautiful area like New Orleans.
  
  My thoughts and prayers are with everyone in Louisiana and the other states in Gustav's path.

  We were blessed on the east coast of Florida, that Gustav passed us by, are now feeling the outer rain bands of Hannah & IKE looks like a force coming at us soon. Please keep us in your prayers.

  I don't think New Orleans was hit as hard this time. I am in Central Louisiana and we have had flooding and been out of electricity at home since 4 pm Monday. In Baton Rouge they are saying it will be Sept 25 before everyone has electricity. We are alive and had little damage, and can come to work for lights and air conditioning. I'm going 50 miles north this weekend to get a hotel with hot running water, a/c and internet connection so my daughter can do her homework before school starts again Monday.
