Last Day Business Casual

Today is our last day for Business Casual Dress Code. As of Tuesday, Sept. 5th we return to Professional Business (ie dress shirt, tie and jackets/suites preferred). We get to go tie-less with golf/polo shirts from Memorial Day through Labor Day and then back to the ole suite and tie. Oh well.... it was certainly nice while it lasted.

I'm so grateful not to wear pantihose on 100 plus degree days! Not everyone appreciates this at my workplace.
We have business casual in addition to casual Fridays with jeans and SHORTS allowed, and still many don't follow the dress code and it's all HR's fault. We've revised it 3X in the last 3 mos. and I think my sense of humor about it has, well, dissipated.
If I were to wear a tie to work our employees would ask me who died or who is getting married.
This extends to church where there are more hawaiian shirts on Sunday morning than ties.
