Received a resume today in response to a vacancy for a Director of Communication and Strategic Planning. In the resume she writes:
"...willingness to learn with enthusiasm and have the ability to speak well individually and among groups."
Yes, I hit the delete key.

Therefor, roflmao is the proper spelling. "the" is not needed.
You're right! She should have put in her resume: "WTLWEAHTATSWIAAG." x;-)
On the back of our application, we include a question regarding why the applicant wants to work for our company. Her response began, "I have did research..." Guess the mistake-free grammar certificate must have expired!
