New Year's Resolution

I think all of us at HR HERO should make a New Year's Resolution:
If we post a message on one of the boards, we should come back to it and tell all what the outcome was! (I am very guilty of not posting the outcome myself). Sometimes I read posts (old due to time constraints) and would like to know what happened afterward. What do you think? How long will the resolution last?

I agree with you though - I do recall Paul in Cannon Beach telling us months afterward how something turned out, and I'd love to see that more often. I'll try to do it myself in the future.

I agree. I don't get to answer many questions, but really enjoy reading the answers and asking the questions. This has really enhanced my learning in HR.
