I may be too late to be a part of the great Forumaniacs calendar, but perhaps I can be part of the next one.

This is me on Thanksgiving Day. We are at Kualoa Ranch on Oahu. On my left (your right) is Kaneohe Bay; the water there is just an amazing blue.

Great picture, Krista! What an adventure. You actually packed your shirt to take to Hawaii - I'm impressed.

My mother and I did the tour on horseback a few years ago. One of my very best memories.

If it makes you feel any better this was my first vacation in 4 years.

I spent 2 years working full-time and attending school full-time. I graduated Summa Cum Laude in June and the Hawaii trip was my hard-earned and well-deserved graduation present from my husband.

I've never been to Hawaii, but a friend lived there for about 3 years. She said she'd move back in a heartbeat, given the opportunity.

I know what she means. This was my first visit and towards the end of the week I was ready to start looking for a job and call my family to tell them to sell all of our stuff, send us the proceeds, and ship out our pets because we weren't coming back!
