attendance/vacatopn tracking software

Hello all, I currently track all vacation and personal days via paper and 3 ring notebook. It is not so bad, we are a small company of about 135, but I know there has to be a better way. I have been looking for a simple software program that I can use instead of paper. Any recomendations? I don't want to spend a fortune.

Also, any recomendations for Organizational chart software?

I developed an Excel worksheet that tracks for me. Our payroll software tracks to a degree and our paystubs show a balance for vacation, sick and personal time, but does not have a report feature. I keep the Excel record to be more aware of possible abuse of sick time, notify ees that they are close to maxing out on vacation accrual, etc. I also get inquiries like, "If I don't use any vacation between now and New Year's, how much time will roll over to next year?" I can glance at their worksheet and know the answer. Constructing this took a bit of time, but I can use it year after year with few adjustments.

I use Abra for payroll, HR and Attendance. It has worked well for our small company for about 15 years now. I have had as many as 165 employees and as few as 50.
