I have been tasked with obtaining quotes from brokers for our Commercial Insurance. I have written a Risk Management program hoping to reduce our premiums by showing what a great little company we have (all 23 of us). We are commercial general contractors. Have any of you dealt with these issues? Did your premiums go down?

    I work for a REALTOR association. I understand that there is at least one insurance company writing E&O coverage for our members who are independent contractors and giving a discount if they have taken risk management courses. I understand that it is a question asked on their application form if they have attended a risk management course.
