Illegal Questions for Interviews - Court case

I am looking for some court cases where illegal questions were asked during interviews - does anyone have an idea of where I can find something like this.

A better idea, I think, is to get one of the ADA guides for employers, which clearly lists those questions that are potential mindfields for employers. You can get a variety of such guides from the EEOC. With the exception of just a few state prohibitions, the federal laws do not consider questions 'illegal', only certain actions which are taken that appear to have been based on the answers to certain questions.
