Employee Confidential Information Policy

I am looking to implement a policy and an agreement letter concerning access and communication of employee information both sensitive and confidential. Does anyone have such a policy to share? Thanks

I have an Employee Confidentiality Policy that prohibits communicating confidential information even after the employee leaves the company. If that's what you're looking for, e-mail me and I'll send it to you.
