Our Board of Trustees has asked me for some guidance in developing a performance review process for the President of our organization. Anybody know where I can get some reference materials on this, or have anything they wish to share? Thanks.

We currently have one "peer" review format which scores employees, managers, directors, executives on the same core skills on a "Meets Standards" or "Below Standards" rating with the option to provide a brief summary of comments. We use custominsight.com. I dont know how much it was but it scores the results for you, provides graphs and summarizes comments - all anonymously of course.
