Internet/E-mail Policy

Does anyone have an written internet/e-mail policy that I could take a look at? I'm looking for a sample that we could build upon. Included would be: E-mail/internet is for work use, not personal; E-mail/internet use is monitored by The Company; Visiting questionable sites for non-work related reasons will not be tolerated, etc.

I APPRECIATE VERY MUCH ALL THE FINE RESPONSES THAT I IMMEDIATELY RECEIVED REGARDING MY REQUEST FOR INTERNET/E-MAIL POLICIES. IT MADE MY JOB A LOT EASIER WHEN I BEGAN DEVELOPING OUR POLICY. THANKS EVERYONE WHO PARTICIPATED AND SENT ME COPIES OF THEIRS. THESE FORUMS REALLY WORK.

The NACCAs policy is: The company computer system, including the electronic mail (e-mail), are the property of the Company, and documents, messages, or other communications are subject to Company monitoring without notice to employees. Employees should not maintainb any expectation of privacy regarding use of the computer system. Furthermore, the Company strictly prohigits employees from sending or receiving any messages, images or other transmissions that might be disruptive, offensive to others, or harmful to morale, including those that may be construed as harassment or disparagement of others based on race, national origin, sex, age, disability, or religious or political beliefs, and/or those which are sexually explicit.
