Alternative work week (4/10)

My business is in San Diego, California and I am interested if anyone has converted to the 4/10 plan. I would like to know what steps need to be followed, what state agency has to be contacted in reference to the work hour change, is there a letter template available for the secret vote etc. We are veering to make the change but need a bit of direction.

If someone has taken on this challenge and could assist this would be great.
