Does anyone have a formal time-off policy or compensatory time off policy for exempt employees?

An innocent question perhaps, but suggest you do a search of prior messages and you'll be reminded about how comp-time generally does not apply to private employers. It'll help you better understand how this occurs in the public sector, but is entirely different for the rest of the world.
