New Laws on exempt/non-exempt?

Has the new exempt/non-exempt laws been passed? Something about exempt ee having to make no less than $450/week? Do you know where I can get more detailed info about this?

The regulations have been submitted for public comment and the comment period is over. It is anticipated that the regulations will be published, as I recall, around the beginning of next year.
