I have been asked to do a review of our benefits program with regard to employer/employee portion of payment. I'm curious as to how much some of your companies pay, if any, for health, ltd, std, life and any other benefit offered to your employees. What do you think is reasonable? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!
