W/C Rate Math question

I am not the best when it comes to figures, so I was wondering if someone can give me an answer (if there is one).
If our workers comp rate is 31.97% with an exp.mod. of 88% already figured into that. Then the exp.mod changed to 96%, what would the new w/c rate be? And how was the calculation made?
If this is a stupid question, or just can't be answered, just please keep your opinion to yourself about my stupidity.
Thanks.

31.97% divided by 88% yields 36.33%. Now multiply that by 96% and you get 34.88%.
Disclaimer: That may be completely useless information.
And Pork, Usually the purpose of asking a question is to get an answer, not another question. I am sure you would not know the answer anyways. I noticed most of your posts in this forum are calumnious. Why even bother responding to a post if you do not know the answer. Just Move on.

And, I agree that PoRk's answer of 'why do you want to know' is not helpful.
