Workers Compensation Reporting Policy

Does anyone have a Workers Compensation Reporting Policy that states you need to report workers compensation injuries within a certain number of days. Recently, we have had several employees report injuries on a Monday that supposedly happened the previous week. If you have a policy, please e-mail to [email]Debbie@United-Mail.com[/email]

All injuries, accidents, or incidents must reported to the employee's supervisor immediately. If immediate supervisor is not available then this must be reported to the Safety/HR manager. Failure to comply with this policy will result in disciplinary action up to and resulting in suspension or termination.
