Is each FMLA qualifying event for one individual eligible for 12 weeks, or do all FMLA qualifying events on one idividual equal a single 12 week entitlement?
Remember that your policy should specify whether that leave is counted on a calendar year or within a rolling twelve month basis. This can make a difference as to whether the accumulated leave amounts to more than the legally mandated limit. Good luck.
