Management training

Good Morning All, I have been looking on the internet to no avail. I have been asked to find some training for two of our Managers. They would like to have some training/seminar/workshop that deals with â€œManaging a Professional Staff.â€ There location is in Charleston, WV. I would appreciate any information anyone may be able to provide me or a new direction to look in.

Do you have a contract with any outside training company? If you do, they may have something you can use. We use an internet based training company that offers varying programs. It is geared towards our type of business but is very good. You can customize content, have an instructor create a class, or just use the basic courses they have set up already.
