I'm wondering how many of you run w.c. leave concurrent with FMLA leave?

We do (local government). After a couple of individuals were off work for over a year, but still on the payroll with employer-paid health insurance, etc., we decided to do this.

We do. We do not require a WC/FMLA to use paid leave first though.

We are a state agency and we run worker's comp and FMLA together.
