Applicant tracking software or online- any recommendations?

[font size="1" color="#FF0000"]LAST EDITED ON 01-24-08 AT 08:42AM (CST)[/font][br][br]I am looking for applicant tracking software or a web-based system to use. I see a lot of options out there, but would love some opinions on what people are currently using or recommendations.

Does anybody currently use an applicant tracking system, which one, and is it good? Any pros or cons?

I track my applicants in Microsoft Access. It has worked well for me in the past 18 years. I looked into other software that is available and found that it is quite expensive so I'll just stick with Access which can then be put into an Excel spreadsheet if needed.

A few years ago we passed an AAP audit. They were satisfied with my applicant tracking.

We developed an excel spreadsheet template to track ours. Works great and makes it easy to calculate statistical data on applicants for aap & EEO-1 report.

We are also in the process of implementing ADP's HRB system with the recruitment component with applicant tracking. It sounds promising but we will see. I will let you know how it goes as well.
