Do any of you know of a CEO/ Vice-Pres/ President/Top level
training program that helps with management styles?
Coaching or training for Effective Leadership or Team Building

Sometimes the leaders are not the best at team leadership. I don't know if anyone you saw the article on HRinsight... "What makes a Boss Bad"

I generally don't recommend materials that I havent checked out myself but I was talking with a colleague recently about John Maxwell's "Developing the Leader Within" and she was raving about it.

I think the focus is developing leaders within your team which is one definition of leadership.

I am fortunate to work for an amazing boss and I'll check with him to see if he has any other materials that he would recommend.
