What do you mean by a SSN Policy? We have 75 employees and do not have a written SSN policy.

Ditto - do you have more information as to what the purpose is of the type of SS policy you're looking for?

Sorry: It is in the Michigan Employment Law Letter:

Michigan employers requried to create SSN privacy policy.
Must be included in our handbook and electronically.
