NJ Under 30 Insurance Reg.

I just found out about this ruling and so I'm looking for other NJ employers to help me with it. Does anyone know who is responsible to notify the dependent who has "aged-out" that this coverage is available? Is it the employer, the insurance company or no one? And if it is the employer, is there a particular form to use to notify them?

its a very strange set up. the purpose is to allow dependents to have coverage up to age 30.
hopefully you have a broker who can give you a sample notification. otherwise you can google and get info from the state. Carol
