Jury Duty Leave - Paid or Unpaid?

I was wondering if anyone out there could share what your company policy is regarding jury duty, specifically:
1) Paid or unpaid?
2) If paid, how long do you pay for it - i.e. what's the time limit?
I did try to find out from SHRM - their 2005 Benefits Survey, and HR Articles, along with BLS Benefits Survey, but all they list is that most employers pay for jury duty, but they do not list additional details such as for how long is pay received by the employee before they have to use other PTO type benefits.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Ana
