Union Threat?

Some of our employees in manufacturing have been receiving letters at home from the Carpenter's Union; we are currently non-union. We are meeting with a specialist today to inform ourselves. What advice can you give me? We have 53 employees in Illinois.

Every single management person...from line supervisors on up...must be well schooled in how to answer questions from employees and handle situations without setting your company up for an unfair labor practice charge. Do that immediately.
