Does daylight saving time this year start on the last Sunday of October just as in past years? I thought I had heard that it will be changing in 2006. Does anyone know for sure? Thanks.

It (DST) ends this coming Sunday, October 30th. I believe there will be a change in 2006.

It will change effective 2007. Below is the listing of when the clocks change. The intent is energy conservation. It extended it by one month by moving the dates two weeks on each end.
