Exempt Employee on 5 weeks Jury Duty

We have an exempt Sales employee (in AZ) who has been selected for an approximately 5 week jury session. Our policy states we will pay 10 days of jury duty, but being this person is Exempt, would we be required by law to pay them their full salary (as long as they worked, say an hour during that week)?
