Does anyone have a proposed policy to use in Ohio to prohibit employees from having concealed weapons in the workplace?

"Employees shall not possess unauthorized firearms or any weapons on (company) premises."

You may not need a separate policy.

I would say that the possession of firearms or any potential weapon may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

I just emailed you our policy. Our corporate offices are in Ohio. Any of our facilities within states with 'concealed carry' laws, such as Mississippi, are required, because of OHIO law, to post the policy in a size that can be read from 10 feet.
