An employer in Utah needs to know if it is mandatory by law to post wage, hour, and legal posters in all locations even if there is only one employee at some locations? If this is necessary by law, where do I locate such posters and is there a fee for these?

    Yes, you need to place posters at each remote location if the location is the employee's primary work site. Posting requirements vary according to the size of your company, your industry, and whether or not your company is a government contractor.
